This plan of bussiness is made by Indrė Nevieraitė, who is student of the Department of Small Bussiness Organization of Training Center of Builders.
The foundation of individual enterprise bar – pool club “X” took place on 1st of February on 2001. It`s address is H. Manto 12, Klaipėda; phone: 748884.
We want to expand popularity of the american pool at the seaport of Lithuania. Also we want to create a place could have a nice dinner in a pleasant company, to have a beer or something stronger, to listen to the music. The tournaments of the pool will be held, the members of this club will be accepted and also the guests from foreign countries will be invited to visit us.
The aims of my enterprise is to engage the best employees, to attract as many people as possible, to increase the popularity of pool in Klaipėda, to outstrip the competitors, to consolidate in market, to receive the best profit as possible, to decrease expenses and precisely

realisate this plan of bussiness.
The chief of enterprise is Indrė Nevieraitė who is responsible for all of the important solutions and decisions. Her`s qualification is mediocre, but she has not a little experience.
On the starting of activity of enterprise I took loan from The Saving Bank of Lithuania, 100 000 Lt, which is need to return with 13 % interest after 1 year. This loan could be enough to start over the activity of the club at for it`s development.
The risk is made of incomplete system of document ordering, large licence taxes, unstable excises of government, also competitors and all of that disadvantageous to enterprise.
After analysing this bussiness plan, we can foresee, that bussiness will be successful also profit after 5 years will be twice larger, than at the start of activity.
