UAB „VP MARKET“ is a continuously growing private Lithuanian company, the operator of the largest retail trade network for the foodstuffs and manufactured goods in the Baltic States.
As the results of the year 2005 indicate, „VP MARKET“ is the company, which has established the greatest number of the workplaces and it is the second largest company in sales and services in Lithuania (Source: the publication “Lithuanian Business Leaders 2005/2006”, published by the business daily „Verslo žinios“ (The Business News)).
The company „VP MARKET“ is a member of the largest group of the private companies in Lithuania and operates in the retail sales from the commencement of its activities in 1992.

UAB „VP MARKET“ owns the trade network in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Romania and Bulgaria, which consists of the trade centers MAXIMA, MAXIMA X, MAXIMA XX, MAXIMA XXX, SAULUTĖ, SAULITE, T-MARKET, BAZĖ, ALBINUTA.
As the data of March 20, 2006 indicates, the company owns 195 trade centers in Lithuania, 102 trade centers in Latvia, 26 trade centers in Estonia, 8 trade centers in Romania and 10 trade centers in Bulgaria.

In 2006 „VP MARKET“ plans to further strengthen and preserve the name of the leader in the Baltic States, consistently expand not only in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, but also in Romania and Bulgaria.
This year it is projected to open 100 new trade centers in all countries. An exceptionally active expansion is scheduled in various cities in Estonia.
